Scott is a Californian shaper/surfer who competed on the USA Bud Tour in the 80s. He was a Billabong team manager on the West Coast, too.
Later, he turned his hand to judging and judged selected events of the ASP tour in the 90s.
He moved to Australia in the early 2000s to establish Solife Surfboards. He had surfers like Shane Powell, Gabriel Medina and Former Instinct Team Rider Barton Lynch riding his shapes.
Scott now lives in Lennox Head with his wife Tia and travels the globe, shaping boards in the USA/Brazil/Europe and Japan.
