"When can I expect my order to be dispatched?"
Orders are processed at our Gold Coast warehouse from Tuesday to Friday between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm AEST. Although we aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day, during peak periods it may take additional processing time. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped early next week.

We usually use Australia Post for shipping. The delivery time for standard Parcel Post ranges from 2+ days to East Coast Metro areas and 3-6 days to regional locations and WA. Additionally, we offer Australia Post Express Post Service, which typically delivers the next business day to East Coast Metro and 2+ days to regional locations and WA.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia-wide ON ORDERS OVER $100 AUD.
For International Orders:
We provide various shipping options worldwide. To view options and pricing for your location, start the checkout process.
We offer FREE STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on orders over $150 USD.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for international delivery. Due to limited flights to and from Australia, international orders may experience significant delays once they leave our warehouse.
